9. Advertisements

The free version of FINCH is ad-supported. By using the App, you agree to the display of advertisements. We reserve the right to modify or remove ads at any time. A paid ad-free version is coming soon.

10. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services (e.g., Google Drive, AdMob). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of appsbay.org or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
